Is it True? Properties of Odd and Even Numbers

After teaching your students the different properties of odd and even numbers, it’s often hard to find the right activity to do with them to assess their knowledge. This set of task cards is the perfect way to evaluate all you’ve taught in an easy, more manageable task.

This set of task cards incorporates an understanding of what makes a number odd or even, and the result of adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing odd and even numbers.

A recording sheet is available in this download so that you can keep track of where your students are sitting in their knowledge of odd and even numbers.

Print the task cards on cardstock for added durability. Store them together in an envelope or large zip-lock bag for safekeeping.
