  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

    Yes. If you ever decide that Teach Starter isn't the best educational teaching resource for your classroom or home, simply cancel your account from your profile page or contact us. Even after canceling your subscription, you'll still have access to premium resources for the duration of your subscription period.

  • Can I join a School Plan while I'm on Plus?

    Absolutely! We'll even credit your account based on the remaining time on your Plus subscription so that you can always use the credit later.

  • What is the duration of my subscription?

    You may choose from two different subscription options, either 1 month or 12 months in duration. With either option, you pay one low fee at the start of the subscription for access for the duration. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your subscription period; however, you can turn off auto-renewal at any time.

  • How do I pay for my subscription?

    You can pay for your subscription securely via credit card or PayPal (if you're a School, we have purchase orders covered too). You have total control over your account via our website and can cancel at any time, giving you security and peace-of-mind.
