Spookify the Classroom With Halloween “Would You Rather…?”

Are you looking for a fun Halloween activity that will get your students moving? This whole-class activity encourages students to express their preferences and likes in a fun way.

To play, project the slides in front of the class. Students will be presented with two choices. After deciding which option they prefer, students will put their hands on their heads or in the air. Play is arranged for students to answer five questions in a row, and then they are prompted to choose an out-of-seat, spooky-themed physical activity to complete as a brain break between rounds.

Students will answer 20 different Halloween-themed “Would You Rather” questions through this activity as they chat and share their spooky Halloween preferences.

Halloween Would You Rather Questions

A team of dedicated, experienced educators created this resource to support your Halloween lessons. Some of the Halloween Would You Rather questions include:

  • Would you rather have a pet spider or a pet bat?
  • Would you rather eat all of your Halloween candy or sell it for $20?
  • Would you rather chew onion-flavored gum or eat onion-flavored chocolates?
  • Would you rather spend the night in a haunted house or have dinner in a haunted hotel?
  • And more!
