Christmas is very popular in Japan, but it is not a religious holiday like in other countries. In Japan, Christmas is very similar to Valentine’s’ Day. Couples celebrate by going out to dinner or having small parties. This romantic holiday is celebrated on Christmas Eve. Couples exchange gifts, and the goal of the celebration is to spread kindness and love.

This printable Kindness Christmas light template is a heartwarming and creative way to spread kindness and help your students learn about a new cultural celebration. Using this template, students will create a Kindness Christmas light craft to show how they plan on ‘lighting up the world’ with kindness this holiday season.
