A graphic organizer to use when learning new vocabulary words.
Use this graphic organizer when working with new vocabulary words.
Give each student a graphic organizer inside of a dry-erase sleeve and a vocabulary word. Using a dry-erase marker, students will complete the template and compare their answers with a partner. Alternately, complete the chart together as a class by projecting the template on the dry-erase board and filling it out together.
This resource is great to use in any content area with subject-specific vocabulary or as a reading center activity using unknown words from a piece of text they are currently reading.
Use the drop-down menu to choose between the PDF or Google slides version.
