💰 Practice Counting Coins With a Money Game

If you are looking for a simple and effective way to practice coin counting, look no further! Rolling for Cash is a printable money game that gives students the opportunity to practice counting one, two, three, or four types of coins.

To play:

  1. Cut and glue the desired coins onto the die template.
  2. Place a collection of plastic coins in the middle of the group for students to use.
  3. Determine the amount of money needed to win the game and write it on the board or a piece of paper for the group to see.
  4. Students will take turns rolling the die, collecting the coins, and counting their change. The first person to reach the predetermined amount of money wins!

Through this activity, students will show they can use addition and skip counting skills to count a collection of coins.
