Red Ribbon Writing Activities and More!

Get ready to dive into Red Ribbon Week with a new writing center! We’ve put together the perfect blend of reading, writing, and drug awareness education to inspire your young writers to grow! 

This resource download contains two primary components. First, we’ve created an awesome illustrated Red Ribbon week vocabulary word wall display. There are 20 vocabulary cards with bright images to help inspire your students to use academic vocabulary. The writing prompts in this resource are a blend of narrative and informational writing prompts for kids. Prompts included are

  • Use the words below to illustrate and write a story about being drug-free.
  • Use the words below to illustrate and write a story about how drugs are dangerous.
  • Use the words below to illustrate and write your pledge to be drug-free.
