☀️ Dress for the Weather ❄️

Are your students learning about different types of weather? Choosing the proper type of clothing is an important life skill to learn. With this worksheet, students will identify the importance of proper clothing choices for various types of weather. To complete this activity, students will match 10 clothing items (raincoat, sandals, swimsuit, etc.) with the type of weather (ex. hot, cold, warm, rainy, etc.).

An answer key is included with your download to make grading fast and easy!

Tips for Differentiation + Scaffolding

In addition to independent student work time, use this worksheet as an activity for:

Fast finishers can draw a picture of a person dressed for a specific weather type and describe the clothing choices they drew and why they chose them.

For students who may need additional support, consider giving more example pictures of each weather type. Teachers may consider printing some picture cards (ex. a person dressed for winter weather while standing outside in the snow) to help students identify each weather type.
