Print-Ready Basketball Activities for Preschoolers

Get ready to roll out your study of basketball with printable activities from Teach Starter. This resource will present your students with a memory-matching activity to help them identify different objects and concepts related to the game of basketball.

In this hands-on matching activity, students will identify 18 basketball icons, each one offering students an opportunity to discuss and match those items with another card showing the same image.

To play, students lay out all cards face-down. They will then flip over two cards, trying to find a match. Correctly matching cards are kept to the side. In the end, the student with the most matching cards wins.

Through this activity, students can identify different objects and ideas related to basketball.
