Sweet Writing Activities for Valentine’s Day

The Teach Starter team is excited to introduce our ‘sweet’ (See what we did there?) Valentine’s Day Personal Narrative Writing Pack! This comprehensive printable pack is the perfect addition to your classroom lesson plans this Valentine’s Day.

With a variety of instructional materials, graphic organisers and writing templates, your students will have everything they need to write a heartfelt and engaging personal story. The pack includes step-by-step instructions for brainstorming and organising ideas, a printable anchor chart, and different personal narrative writing prompts to inspire creativity. The writing prompts we’ve included are:

  • Write about a time you felt loved.
  • Write about your favourite Valentine’s Day memory.
  • Write about your favourite Valentine’s Day tradition.

The anchor chart and graphic organisers will help students organise their thoughts and ideas, making the writing process more structured and manageable. The writing templates provide a clear and easy-to-follow format for students to use as they write their stories.
