Identifying Integers Can Be Fun! Self-Checking Math Game

Are you searching for an effective and enjoyable method to teach your students about integers on a number line? Our interactive activities might be just what you need. Our activities are designed to make learning about integers straightforward and engaging for students of all ages. With the aid of colourful visuals, interactive games, and real-life examples, your students will understand integers and their relationship with a number line.

To play, students will click on the integer rock that matches the location or description of a number given on the slide. The self-checking features kick in once they have chosen an answer. They will be taken to a screen showing if they are correct or need to go back and try again. All the slides have been properly linked to make this a self-checking activity for your students.

What’s an Integer? Number Line Concepts

Learning integers can be challenging for older students because it is a new and abstract concept that requires a fundamental understanding of numbers and mathematical operations. Students may struggle with the concept of negative numbers, as it may contradict their prior understanding of numbers and counting.

This resource aims to help your students become familiar and comfortable with identifying numbers in different locations on the number line. Don’t let boring lessons weigh you down; add fun to your classroom with this interactive integer activity.

Easily Prepare This Integer Practice Activity for Your Students
