More Ways to Use This Goods and Services Word Search

This word search is an excellent task for fast finishers! But you can also use this activity to create additional learning opportunities.

🖍️ Giant Word Search

Project this worksheet onto your whiteboard during your Economics and Business lessons, and have students take turns walking up to the board to circle the words. 

🧢 Charades 

Write each word on a piece of scrap paper, fold them up, and put them into a container. Divide your class or small group into two teams. Teams will take turns sending up one student to choose a word, then have 30 seconds to act out the word soundlessly for their team. If no one guesses the word, it goes back into the container, and no point is given. Once every student has had their turn to act out a word, the game is over, and the group with the highest points wins. 

✏️ Sentence Writing

Have students write full sentences with words from the list. As a challenge, see how many sentences they can write that use more than one of the words.  

Easily Prepare This Resource for Your Students

Because this resource includes an answer sheet, we recommend you print one copy of the entire file. Then, make photocopies of the blank worksheet for students to complete.  

Turn this teaching resource into a sustainable activity! Print a few copies on thick card and slip them into dry-erase sleeves. Students can circle the words with a whiteboard marker, then erase for re-use.
