Back to School Display and First Day Activity in One!

Back to school means a whole new batch of students are coming into your classroom. On day one, get to know your students by having them complete an ‘All About Me’ Coat of Arms craft.

To complete,

  1. Give each student one blank coat of arms and one sheet of castle bricks.
  2. Students will follow the prompts to complete their coat of arms and castle bricks. Then they will cut them out and mount them to thick black card.
  3. Once all pieces are complete, staple the students’ coats of arms to your bulletin board, then arrange and staple the castle blocks to fill in the extra space.

In the end, students get to know each other a bit better, and you end up with an easy-to-assemble and beautiful classroom display for your new classroom.

What is Included?

This back to school craftivity includes

  • Blackline coat of arms template with completion prompts.
  • Blackline castle brick templates
