A Rainbow of Delightfulness – All About Me Template

If you’ve been looking for the cutest All About Me template, then you’ve come to the right place. This adorable rainbow-themed All About Me template is the perfect back to school activity for the first week of school. Not only will you get to learn more about the little humans that will be in your classroom for the school year, but it will create a happy classroom display for the start of the year.

Your students will colour each section of the rainbow according to each description. Then, they can either draw a picture of themselves or use a photo in the picture frame. They’ll write a sentence about themselves and their rainbow. Finally they will staple or glue the rainbow above the writing sheet to create a cute All About Me display for the classroom.

✂️ Give Them the (Safety) Scissors

This template makes for a bonus cutting skills activity, depending on your students’ ages and abilities.

With adult supervision, cutting skills help students work multiple muscle groups and their brains, plus:

  • strengthen finger and hand muscles
  • build dexterity and fine motor skills
  • improve hand-eye coordination
  • develop focus and attention.

And all of these skills are necessary to use a pencil and a fork; button a shirt and tie shoes; write, type and swipe.

Scissor skills are brain and muscle skills!
